1. Introduction

2. Definitions

• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds currently held in your Account, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback amounts, or other incentive amounts credited to your Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real funds from your designated payment method into your rp777 Account.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot, live dealer game, lottery draw, arcade game, or sports betting market made available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals can be processed.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the default account currency on the Platform for Malaysian players.
• "Platform" means the rp777 website at rp777.casa, any associated mobile applications, and all related services.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of real-money funds from your Account Balance to your designated payment method.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the Services on the rp777 Platform. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and that you will remain of legal age throughout your use of the Platform.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein. Duplicate accounts discovered during KYC review will be closed without notice.

3.4 Personal Use Only

Your Account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any Account Balance to any third party. Acting on behalf of a third party, operating a syndicate, or participating in any form of third-party wagering arrangement using your Account is strictly prohibited.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You must not provide false, misleading, or unverifiable information at any point during the registration process or in response to subsequent verification requests.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. rp777 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately.

4.3 KYC Verification

rp777 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and as part of ongoing compliance obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back
• Valid passport (for non-Malaysian passport holders)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement — issued within 3 months)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or statement confirming ownership)

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in your Account being restricted or suspended. rp777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any time.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rp777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. 5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM30, unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method. rp777 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. You must only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) the withdrawal not exceeding your applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limit. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit where operationally possible. rp777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Processing Times

Indicative processing times are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow — typically within 5 to 30 minutes; FPX and bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) — typically within 15 minutes to 1 business day. Processing times are estimates only and may be longer during periods of high volume or due to factors outside rp777's control.

5.5 Currency

The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) as the default account currency for Malaysian players. All stated amounts, game payouts, bonus values, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in MYR unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

rp777 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions, and expiry periods, as detailed in the relevant promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30×) applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; failure to do so will result in the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings being voided.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

rp777 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms, placing opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other strategy designed to obtain a financial advantage through promotional exploitation. Where bonus abuse is detected, rp777 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the offending account(s).

6.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

rp777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering completion rules.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General

All sports bets, casino wagers, and other gaming activity conducted on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market or game, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

rp777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet placed on the Platform at its discretion without explanation. This right may be exercised where, for example, a bet is placed on the basis of erroneous odds, where the Platform experiences a technical error affecting the integrity of a market, or where rp777 reasonably suspects that a bet has been placed in breach of these Terms.

7.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event that your internet connection is interrupted mid-game or mid-bet, rp777's system will record the last confirmed state of your session. rp777 shall not be liable for losses resulting from connection interruptions caused by your device, internet service provider, or third-party network issues. Bets already confirmed by the system at the time of disconnection shall stand.

7.4 System Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game error affecting the outcome of a bet or game round, rp777 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return the staked amounts to the relevant players. Winnings generated as a direct result of a demonstrable system error are not valid and will not be paid.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where warranted:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own details or those of a third party.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or software errors to gain an unfair advantage.

• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of chip-dumping, match-fixing, or bet manipulation.
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform's software.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at rp777 staff or other Platform users.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of rp777 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The rp777 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of rp777 or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, to use the Platform or its content for any commercial purpose, or to reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any Platform content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rp777, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.

rp777's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude rp777's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Platform is also governed by rp777's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out how rp777 collects, processes, stores, and shares your personal data, as well as your rights in relation to that data. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

13. Amendments to These Terms

rp777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, rp777 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page, with the effective date indicated at the top. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

14.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your designated payment method following completion of KYC verification. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

14.2 Termination by rp777

rp777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) rp777 is required to do so by law or regulatory obligation; (c) rp777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity; or (d) rp777 decides to discontinue the Services in whole or in part.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, rp777 reserves the right to retain any Balance in the Account as partial compensation for the costs and losses incurred as a result of the breach.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Any dispute arising between you and rp777 that cannot be resolved amicably through our standard customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent imminent harm or protect intellectual property rights.
